I am happy this month has ended. I can a lot but trying to do something every day, and work around the things that would HAVE to be done in a day or two . . it was a lot of work.
For things going into the freeze dryer, when they were done I vacuum sealed them in jars but I only mentioned them on the days I got them started in the freeze dryer.
The recap: I didn’t keep up with how many pints, quarts and half gallons were filled and vacuum sealed with the freeze dryer, nor did I keep up with how much I put in the freezer but, as far as canning, here it is:

That was a lot of canning for one month (209 jars)!
Since I didn’t do a report on the 31st, here’s the okra that went into the freeze dryer. Three trays of cut okra and 1 tray of whole okra.

Day 3 – Tomato Skins in the Freeze Dryer to make Tomato Powder – Dried & powdered there was a half pint
Day 4 – Zucchini Relish – 9 half pints

Day 6 – Pizza Sauce – 9 half pints, 1 quarter pints
Day 7 – Cranberry Ketchup – 12 half pints, 1 quarter pint
Day 8 – Vanilla Extract Started to Brew
Day 9 – Elderberry Salve
Day 10 – Elderberries picked and in the freezer
Day 11 – Taco Beef – 10 quarts
Day 12 – Okra, Tomatoes & Meatballs – 4 freezer containers
Day 13 – Pickled Peppers – 5 Pints
Day 14 – Strawberry Butter – 21 half pints
Day 15 – More Elderberries picked and in the freezer
Day 16 – Okra, Peppers & Parsley in the freeze dryer
