Yesterday I made okra, tomatoes and meatballs. Since the okra and tomatoes came out of the garden, I made as much as I could from what I gathered yesterday. There were 3 pounds of okra and close to 5 pounds of tomatoes.
After we ate, I divided what was left into four containers and placed those in the freezer.
All I’ll have to do for dinner when we’re going to have this is cook a pot of rice and make a salad!
