I’m so thankful for many things when it comes to Nicole and Addie but one thing is that they both like sushi. This was our early dinner this evening.
It was delicious! We’ll be home tomorrow and back to my own cooking. I always say I don’t like going out to eat but it’s mostly because we so rarely go to the places I love. With Nicole and Louisiana family and friends, we had lots of cajun food, then sushi today. I would go out to eat and never cook if I could eat at restaurants and get this kind of food every day . . but then I’d be big as the house so that’s not a good idea either.

I don’t remember what it’s called. It had pieces of fresh tuna and a sauce and it was rolled in thinly sliced cucumber. So refreshing on a hot day!
