I still love these five day cycles where I pick up a different project every five days, work on it for five days, then . . no matter where I am in that project and no matter how much I want to stick with that project, I must move on to another project.
Last night I finished up my five days of working on Things Unseen by Lizzie Kate. This was a new start this week.
The verse says: “The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched – they must be felt with the heart.”
It’s an easy stitch. The words should go quickly. There’s a small house, a basket of flowers and a few motifs. It will take me probably 10 of these five day cycles to get it finished – especially if those cycles are during gardening season, when I’m also busy canning and preparing for company.
As always, not sure what I’ll pick up later this morning to work on but it will be something I’ve already started.
