I think this is the final round but, if it is, that means it ends on the 28th, with three days left in the month so maybe there’s another three day competition. I have no idea. I could ask but I’ll find out soon enough by waiting.
For the next three days, until 9 p.m. central time, I have to make 1400 stitches. That shouldn’t be hard. If I can stay home and stitch, I can do it.
I’ve chosen For the Love of Nature by Teresa Kogut to work on the next three days.
I’m thankful I had so many projects that have big sections of the same color. A Changed World had all that black background stitching. Winter Rose Manor had all the snow and the house. Eloquent Christmas was all one color and just letters. A Sampler for All Seasons has a house, and letters that are one color. This I Know has a house. And, now, For the Love of Nature, there’s a house! One thing I’ve learned is if I plan to stitch May Madness again next year, I need to save all the houses in projects and stitch those houses in May!

-You really made this challenge work for you. Getting all those large patches of color done on 6 different projects will make finishing them much faster. I only have one or two projects going at a time, but a few days ago I finished the huge red house in Teresa Koguts Heaven and Nature. I am moving on to the more “fun” stitching of flowers and motifs.
