The May Madness or, crazy stitching in May, has now gone into the championship rounds which means the number of stitches we must make has increased. For the 18th and 19th, I had to stitch a total of 750. I wasn’t concerned about getting that done because most days, I stitch 400 to 500 stitches on average. Of course, we went to town yesterday, bought all that meat I had to get cut and vacuum sealed, we went to town again yesterday afternoon and all that took a good chunk of my time. Then today I was tired and after stitching for about an hour, I had to take a nap. Our numbers have to be posted by 9 p.m. our time and it was just a minute after 8 when I finished and got mine posted. At 9, I’ll find out how many stitches I have to make on the 20th and 21st. Whatever the numbers, I’ll start working on the house for Winter Rose Manor and then on the 21st, I’ll switch to A Changed World.
My stitching for yesterday consisted of filling in the snow behind the trees and a bit more stitching on the flowers on the left side.
