Stitching goes fast when there’s only one color of floss! This is how much I had done when I started on this project yesterday morning.

This is where I ended the stitching last night.

After I took the picture, I was able to make a few more stitches on the “M” (for Merry) that’s on the top row. Today I would like to finish the “M” and get the “e” and the “r” stitched. Maybe Saturday and Sunday, I could get the other “r” and the “y” stitched.
This project has beads and I’ve never done beads. If I can finish stitching before the five days are up, maybe I can sew on a few of the beads.

Beads are easy to work in. =) Looking like good progress.

I’ve knitted with beads but never tried adding them to cross stitch. I’m anxious to try them.
