For the past six or seven nights, there’s a little frog that shows up on the window to the basement family room.
Horrible picture . . I know!
When I’ve finished stitching for the night and I look up, there he is. Is it the same little frog or are there several and it’s different ones each night? I have no idea.
He moves around on the window. Maybe he comes there because of the light. When I get up to go take my shower, I walk over to the window and tell him goodnight . . stay safe . . and I hope I see you tomorrow night. In the morning when I get up, even if it’s still dark, he’s gone.
I’m kinda going to miss the little guy when he stops showing up.

I think your light draws bugs and it’s a feast for him. Is it a tree frog? They can get quite noisy and loud. We have them every night when we have the lights on. I think it might be the same one.

I don’t know about the bugs. I’ve never heard him make noise but he could and I just don’t notice.

I think you would definitely “hear” it. You may have a mute frog. Sounds like a deep voiced woman’s scream. Not quite as bad as a peacock’s screech but if you have the window open and you are sitting beside the window it’s enough to send you flying out of your chair. ?

He is a tree frog and he comes because the light draws the bugs. I have those and also house geckos too on my windows at the light. I do try to not have the geckos in the house as they are messy. The frogs do not try to come in.
