Right now, this chart may be a bit hard to find but the next one after Rejoice Evermore that we’re going to do is This I Know by Plum Street Samplers. This was a market release in March and I think it has been a hot seller.
I think most of us remember singing Jesus Loves Me, This I Know as children. This might be a good one to hang in a child’s room but I want it in our bedroom. I can always use a reminder that Jesus loves me.
My friend and I are planning to start this on March 29.
I’m still feeling like we need a way to share photos. I don’t know how many are participating. I think the consensus has been that not many of us use Instagram. I have it but don’t use it much but could if y’all wanted to share progress that way. I do have a Facebook group for Patchwork Times but I’ve never used it but could if that would work for y’all. Sending pictures to me isn’t working so well. I get them and then, since I most of the time don’t even know what day of the week it is, late on Friday I remember that I was supposed to share progress pictures.
If it matters and if anyone wants to share pictures, I’ll go along with whatever works. I can revive Patchwork Times on Facebook AND use Instagram – I just won’t be one who posts a lot on there.

For what it’s worth – I use Instagram for random things (SALS, etc) but that’s about all. Facebook I don’t use.

I only check out Instagram when I remember to do so and that isn’t often…lol But, I use Facebook every day, not as much as I used to but my family (lives all across the country) is there so I like to see what they are up to.

I do like that one, but I won’t be stitching. I don’t enjoy that kind of stitching, much as I like the looks of so many of them. I tried it again recently, and I still do find joy in it.

That’s ok. We don’t all have to like everything. People who have no hobbies worry me but you have enough hobbies that you don’t worry me. 🙂

I remember reading somewhere that Dale Evans wrote the song Jesus Loves Me!! She wrote it when her child was very sick and before the baby died.

I had heard it was someone else, written in the 1800’s but I don’t know. Dale Evans did write a song called The Bible Tells Me So. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FmO13M8AF_Y

You are correct and I only know this because I knew someone related to them (the sisters that wrote it). Here’s what Google told me when I put in the the author’s name:
“Jesus Loves Me” is a Christian hymn written by Anna Bartlett Warner (1827–1915). The lyrics first appeared as a poem in the context of an 1860 novel called Say and Seal, written by her older sister Susan Warner (1819–1885), in which the words were spoken as a comforting poem to a dying child.
