I stitched a bit more on the pink this morning but then I was putting away some Victorian Motto floss that arrived and found a peach that I think I might like better.
Just one more time, please tell me what you think – peach (left of flower) or pink (right of door). I promise not to ask again about house colors for this project.
Thanks!

I honestly like either of those. I know that doesn’t help, but either will look great.

I think that the peach is a more subtle companion to the mossy shades of green. Generally, I would prefer pinks, but here, the peach is lovely.

Yes, I agree. I’m going to find the perfect peach with just a tinge of pink . . I hope.

I like both and my only suggestion is you might want to check the lightest floss color in the female cardinal to make sure it will stand out against the peachy color.

My preference is the pink..right side of the house. I think 5he peach would be washed out against the red door. Just my opinion

I like the pink next to the door. This is your project, do what makes you happy! 🙂

I also like the pink next to the door.
In the previous post about the colors, I mentioned bricks. Sorry to confuse you. I am currently working on “This is the Day” from Plum Street Samplers. The house is a variety of pink colored bricks (5 stitches wide x 3 high) with a cream “grout”. The pink in your project gives the suggestion of bricks because of the color variance in the floss.

I’m no help…I like the peach, but I also really like the variations in the pink on the right side. 🙂 I guess I’m voting for the pink on the right side.

I really like the pink

Pink on the right

Hi, Judy, I like the pink on the right side of the door.

I think the pink looks best – the peach color really doesn’t stand out with the color of the linen you are using. JMHO

I agree with Angie – the pink looked the best to me, too! I’m sure whatever you pick will be the right color….but until YOU are sure, don’t finish it. I understand what you’re going through. I occasionally will run into a ‘color quandry’ when I’m putting colors together for a quilt. I’ve found it’s best to walk away as invariably the right solution pops into my brain later on!

I vote for the pink; it’s really pretty with the other colors.

I like the pink!

I like the peach but that’s because I’m not a fan of pink houses. Oh well, happy stitching!

I think the peach is more like what is found on the designer photo.

The peach is a lovely color but I like the variation that the pink has.
