This recipe (or a similar version of it) has been on several cooking youtubes I’ve watched lately so I tried it yesterday.
It was really quick and easy and quite good. In the winter, we tend to eat more soups and in the summer we tend to eat more salads as meals. This is a recipe I’ll try again.
By the way, the dressing is basically the same as my Thousand Island Dressing except I add a finely chopped boiled egg and a bit of cheddar that I cut or crumble into fairly small pieces.
