This week I made one of the recipes that I had seen on Mandy in the Making’s videos. I made Easy Cheesy Baked Tortellini and it could not have been easier or more delicious. You know my feelings about marinara but adding the 8 oz. of cream cheese seemed to make this perfect! Vince loved it. I loved it.
I do cook marinara dishes sometimes because he loves it so much but it’s obvious that I’m picking through, trying to eat it and just not liking it. I was liking this and Vince kept saying “Do you REALLY like this? Yes! I do!
I served it with carrots and rolls. I had planned to make a salad but decided this was enough. I think this will be on our menu at least once a month.

Thank you for the recipe. Made it last night and it’s delicious. The only thing I might change next time is adding sausage to the marinara sauce. My husband said it’s a keeper too.
