My goal is to finish 23 cross stitched pieces in 2023. I’m thinking if I could get two pieces finished each month, I wouldn’t be trying to finish 23 pieces in December. You know how I do things!
I’ve finished one in January and last night I started working For the Love of Nature by Teresa Kogut.
For the 2023 Wip-Along, I’ve committed to working on WIPs the last five days of each month but with so many WIPs and so many projects to finish to meet my goal this year, I’m going to up that to the last 10 days of the month.
It looks like a lot to get done so I doubt I finish this one in January but that’s my goal.

I was just thinking about finishing 23 things this year! I think I need to set aside Three Things Sampler if I want to do that. Using the last five to ten days of the month to work on wips is such a good idea. Other than the border, I finished my first sheet of 3 Things and I’ll never get a lot of others done if I only work on it! I think I will add the flimsy of Bonnie Hunter’s mystery Chihowie to my list. The top is done but the quilting is not. I’ve had another quilt loaded on my long arm since Wednesday but haven’t worked on it as I need to cut the batting. I obviously need to stay focused! lol

The only way I’ll get 23 things done is if I finish several that have a good start and do some smalls. I do want to stitch some smalls so . . there’s hope. Good luck with getting yours done. Quilts count too!
