These don’t count towards my monthly challenge of getting three kits made up because these two came in as kits. These were both part of the 2022 Threads of History Club from Country Sampler. There was a little bit to get done on both of them – pull a thread, serge the edges and make notes about where to start stitching and create the project page – that’s about all I had to do
The first one is Mary Hill 1844 by Needlework Press. This one is so different from other samplers I have stitched or have to stitch but I love it.
The linen for this one is 40 count Steinbeck by Needle and Flax. Both of these have overdyes for the floss.
The second one is Lydia R. Cohagan by Blackbird Designs:
As you can see from the project page, the fabric is 36 count Oatmeal by Fiber on a Whim. I think this one should be fairly fast to stitch.
It’s nice to have two more in bags and ready to pick up and start stitching.

Beautiful designs! I especially love the second as it has birds and flowers, things I love to stitch!
