Yesterday we were having the beans and rice for our meal and I couldn’t decide what to fix with it. I ended up just going with snacky foods. There was a bit of coleslaw in a jar left from when we had it over the weekend so Vince ate that.
For the rest of the meal, I breaded and fried goat cheese and had it with some of the Kentucky Bar Fight jam I made a couple of weeks ago, we had sweet, crunchy pickles that I make from the big whole dill pickles and I heated up the leftover whole grain cornbread. Easy and pretty yummy!
