Yesterday I ended up doing a bit of weed eating around the garden and worked for a little while helping Vince clean up in the garage trying to get a spot ready for the new freezer and make room to move the other one so the repairman can look at it.
Otherwise, I heated up food that was already cooked for our meal and that’s the only real standing or walking I did so I had a good bit of stitching time.
Here’s my progress on Santa’s Big Bouquet by Teresa Kogut.
I love this! I don’t know why the photo came out so dark but at least the snowman kinda shows up.
There may never come a time when I work on one project, start to finish, til it’s done but I can see myself moving in that direction a bit. I believe I’ll stick with this one til it’s done and, depending on what all happens this week, I could have this one finished by Friday.
I keep trying to remember . . did the doctor tell me to sit on my butt and watch Netflix for 4 weeks or was it 4 months? 🙂

Oh, I’m sure it was until Christmas! 😉

You made great progress!

You can weed-eat while sitting?

You can’t? 🙂

Oh, defensive sarcasm……I love it!!!! But it does show that you know you are guilty!!!!! (I’ll let myself out now…….rofl….)

I’m trying but there are things that have to be done. The potato beetles have been hiding in the weeds and giving me fits so a bit of time to weed eat those should help control the beetles.

I thought it was 4 months, but I could be wrong! LOL

I’m pretty sure it was four months. Vince is thinking it was 4 days. 🙂

If you don”t be careful for 4 weeks, it could turn out to be 4 months. Be careful.

Hmm, I thought it said stay off it for 3-4 weeks, and then wear a boot for a few weeks, but maybe you are just looking for a reason to stay home and stitch?
judy.blog@gmail.com says
No boot unless the 3 – 4 weeks staying off it doesn’t help. I’ll have to have an MRI, then see an orthopedic doctor (I just saw the GP last week) so I’m hoping the anti-inflammatory meds, staying off it, icing it and keeping it elevated will solve the problem. It’s already easier for me to get around and I am doing a fair job of staying off it.
