Needle & Flax Youtube #12

I’m partially taking the Fifth here! You never know who could be watching this video. It could be my husband. It could be the Enforcement Officer. One cannot be too careful.

Rachel from Needle & Flax Linen, one of my favorites, posted a new video Friday or Saturday. It’s 1 hour, 33 minutes long so, technically, if I started watching it at 5 p.m. Sunday, I should have been finished by 6:33 p.m. Sunday but here it is almost 6 p.m. Tuesday and I’m still watching it.

I just made the mistake of having this discussion with Vince:

Me: This is the third day I’ve been watching a 1-1/2 hour video!
Vince: How many times have you watched it?
Me: I haven’t finished yet?
Vince: Why?
Me: I have to stop and go find everything she mentions and look at it.
Vince: Are you only looking? Not buying?
Me: Maybe.

I think Vince knew that was as much as I was going to say.

I don’t think I’ve bought much really. How can I really say . . this has been going on since Sunday!

I did order Blairgowrie. It has a red house and a couple of red birds. Need I say more? It also has some specialty stitches and looks like it has a lot of stitches but a lot of the same color so it may not be too hard.

Considering how many times I’ve stopped that video and looked at what Rachel had mentioned, I’m pretty impressed if I only ordered that one chart.

Jane Banister from Hands Across the Sea is begging to come be my BFF but so far, I’ve resisted. The funny thing is that on the chart, she spells her name with one “n” but most everywhere I’ve looked at the chart, it’s spelled in the listing with two.

And then, there’s Jo. She has been working overtime to try to get me in trouble the last few days. When I see a message from Jo, I know to hide my credit card. Seriously my credit card is lost but it’s somewhere in the house. Vince was going to use it for something today and I couldn’t find it. I never take it with me anywhere so it’s somewhere around my chair. Or, maybe Vince knows where it is and has it hidden and is acting like he has no idea where it is! 🙂
