There’s a good chance the next time you see this, it will be finished!
Here’s the picture I showed yesterday morning:
And look where I am now!
Go ahead! Tell me you’re impressed!
I stitched a lot yesterday! Here’s what I got done (just because it looks impressive when I write it out!) 🙂
- The spine for the bough on the left.
- Berries on left and right and the top right bow, along with the branches on top of it.
- Completed the bow down the right side.
- The trunk for the tree on the far right.
- The bow on the center wreath.
- The bow and one berry between the two birds.
- Some of the right bird.
- Some of the bough on the bottom right.
What remains to be done for it to be finished:
- Finish the bough on the bottom right.
- Finish the right bird.
- Add two berries to the center bough.
- Stitch the trees on the right and add the snow.
- Stitch the wreath above the center right tree.
- Add the date on the sides of the center wreath.
- Add the numbers on the right side at the bottom.
- Finish the branches on the bottom of the top right bough.
It looks like a lot but I don’t think it’s that much stitching, plus, there are no really spacing/placement issues.
Also, last night I was to the point that I could cut the extra fabric off. I should have done that way earlier. It makes it so much easier to work without extra fabric.
I’m so hoping I finish this one today.

It looks really pretty! Hope you can get enough stitching time to get it finished today.

Love this! I’ve enjoyed watching your progress. I’m pretty sure I’ve mentioned how much I like the trees before but I’m also loving the boughs….and that red house!
