Last night I finished the pumpkins, finished the leaves and vines and got the letters stitched in three pumpkins.
I wanted you to see what a difference the dark letters make so I took the above picture before I started stitching the letters.
For sure I’ll finish this today – probably within an hour or so.

Absolutely gorgeous! And the thought makes it. I will go to LNS to see if they have this chart package. I should have known! I do need to see if I can find the sentiment in something that does not seem as seasonal too. It sounds like you may be feeling better. Surely hope so!

Donna, there are lots of similar charts that are not seasonal. I’ll make a list and share them soon.

Judy it looks great. I have a question. Isn’t there supposed to be a tendril on the vine under the first white pumpkin? I only noticed because I am working on this vine and decided to finish the leaf first. I have been telling myself to remember the tendril. It won’t let me see this as I type so I hope that it makes sense.

There is supposed to be a tendril there. I’ll add it. Thanks!!
BTW, that’s what easily happens when you don’t mark off the stitches you’ve made.

Have Jo and you considered having a page or something in the SAL fab where people can post pictures of their progress if they want to or if they want some help? When I was doing the vines on top of the second pumpkin, I did the first leaf and had to take it out and do it over. Second leaf, the same thing. The tendril- I put it in the wrong place and had to redo it. I would have liked to have seen what someone else was doing. Also, this is my first time trying linen. The difference in the thickness of the woven threads had bothered me, but I thought it was better. However, I have come to an area of the cloth where all the threads are the thinnest size. It makes my stitches seem smaller than the others where one thread is larger. Is this normal? Wow did I write more than I intended. I hope that is not too much to read.?
