Do you remember back a few weeks ago when I was working on the secret stitch and I couldn’t show it?
It was for Teresa Kogut and it was her “exclusive” for shops that attended market.
If you want to see it, you can watch this video and if you don’t want to see the whole video, skip over to about 32:30.
Tell me that isn’t the cutest thing ever?? I can’t wait to get it back and get the stitching done. Unfortunately for me, Addie wants it. I’d like to have it for myself and I know I won’t stitch it again but she gets what she wants. I’ll finish it and frame it. I’m not going to give her a choice in the frame . . it would have unicorns or something on it!
When Chad was growing up, he and Vince had a contest to see which one could “claim” whatever I was making first. If I was working on a quilt that Chad liked, he would say “Has Vince claimed that one yet?” If I said no, then he would go get a piece of paper, write his name on it and come put it with the pieces. If Vince saw it first and liked it, he would claim it. So, I guess Addie claimed the bunnies before I thought to do it. 🙂

Oh my, I love those bunnies! Great job Judy, you did a wonderful job getting so much stitched!

I can’t wait for that piece to get back here so I can finish stitching it.

I can’t believe you got so much done in such a short time! Well done, it’s beautiful!

It was non-stitching. I started it just after we moved into the basement and I had meals already cooked for the first couple of weeks so it worked out pretty good for me.

Wow that is stinking cute!! And you got a lot done for the time you had, be proud of yourself!

I was so hopeful I could get it all done but that dress was time consuming, at least for me.

I love Jim Shore’s stuff – at least the things from the mid-90’s. That’s when I bought most of what I have. I think this bunny would be a great addition to your bunnies.

Wow!! That is adorable and I can’t believe you got that much done!! No wonder Addie is claiming it for herself. You could compromise and keep it in her room at your house where you both can enjoy it. 🙂

There’s another project that’s cute too but not quite as intricate. I may stitch it too and then give her a choice. Maybe she’ll choose the smaller one. She can have either or both . . I’ll eventually get things on my own walls. 🙂

Thanks. I just love it and was so sad I couldn’t share it with y’all while I was stitching it.

…What am I going to do with it? But, I had to have it!
judy.blog@gmail.com says
I guess you could make it for me since I have to give mine to Addie! 🙂
