My goal was to get all the letters done and I could have made it but I’ll explain below why I stopped before finishing the A, which is the last letter since I started with Z.
The “A” is very long legged and comes down to within one or two stitches of the bottom border. I started stitching the right side of the A, got down to the bottom of the B and figured I should go ahead and stitch that bottom border so that if there’s an error, I won’t risk having the A already stitched and running into the border.
I stitched more of the leafy, floral border, stitched the right side plain border and about 1/3 of the bottom border.
I’m going to put this away for now and work on Key to My Heart today and tomorrow, then Sunday I’ll work on Cranberry Christmas and then, depending on how much I got done on Key to My Heart, I’ll either work on it Monday or start Noel Sampler, which is the February WIPGO project.

I read your post and think why does she have t keep changing the projects she is workin on…and have so many at once?
Then I come back to reality as I have 11 small quilts I plan on finishing (or not). during the Winter Olympics

It’s ok. I ask myself that same question every day! 🙂
I suppose there are so many things I want to stitch and so little time to get them all done.

That was good thinking!! By the way, there are some errors in the Alphabet En Blanc chart. They are all in the upper left corner (of course where I started). By my reckoning (I would double check this since I found this last night) there are 5 mistakes. I’m counting the rows from the top of the pattern with row 1 having no stitches, and counting from left to right. Row 6, the row of 5 stitches should be 4, the last one deleted. Also continuing in that row an additional stitch is needed so the 2 is 3 (add in front…this is the next group of stitches in that row). Row 7, the fourth stitch needs to be deleted. Row 8, the 3rd stitch needs to be deleted. Row 10, the 3rd stitch needs to be deleted. I should have just left all the errors in but started ripping them out before I thought about that….lol. After fixing that I just have a little bit more before finishing the border…..should get that done today and then maybe finally some letters!

Thank you. I’ve printed your notes and stuck them with the chart. That’s crazy!
