Wow, already a finish for the year! I love the monochromatic samplers; I need to start one.

It was a project I started last year so it wasn’t a start to finish but it’s a number in my start column and that makes me happy.

Congratulations! She looks wonderful!! I think I have at least 2 if not 3 more Sundays before I finish mine. Not sure what I will choose just yet but I’m thinking of another alphabet chart. I bought Alphabet en Blanc by Sue Hillis awhile back I think at Shepherd’s Bush and it’s so pretty. I have it kitted up ready to go so it will be easy to pick up. I thought about doing the redwork Elle but I like the idea of doing a little every day on that instead of just Sunday.

I have Alphabet en Blanc too. If you start that one after you finish Eliza, I’ll start it as soon as I finish Cranberry Christmas. I bet I can finish it in three or four Sundays.
What fabric are you using for Alphabet en Blanc? I don’t have much colored fabric. I may not have any except a red that I bought for something else. I know I have dark gold but nothing like pink or salmon, which I think I remember that one is stitched on. NOTE: Just looked at the blurb at 123Stitch says it’s stitched on Vintage Country Mocha. I’m pretty sure I have that.

How fun! The way I’m going we’ll be starting around the same time! I believe it’s Vintage Country Mocha….or at least that’s what it looks like! I really do need to start documenting things. I also need to look through all my buttons and see what I have but I think I need to put that squirrel to nest for now. I’ve been “taking down” the Christmas tree for 3 days and have only removed the topper and probably 5 ornaments.

Hmm…..now I’m wondering if I have the Alphabet en Blanc because you bought it first and I saw it here? LOL Oh well, it doesn’t matter….but it’s making me laugh.

I don’t know that I ever showed it but who knows. Actually, I went back and looked and I bought it in September. It looks like I bought Phoenix Lugana (bright red) when I bought the chart. Surely I wasn’t planning on using that. I don’t remember seeing that in the stash and you’d think it was stand out like a bloody hand! Now I’m going to have to go digging and see what I can find.
Well, a little digging on the blog and I did mention it in this post. Seems as though I mention buying silk floss but don’t mention buying fabric. But the order just shows cotton floss so I have no idea what I did. 🙂

Looking very pretty! Can’t wait to see it framed!

Me too but if I spend $250 on frames, I get free shipping and since they’re kinda heavy, shipping is expensive so I think I only have two others that need frames. Usually I have to buy 5 or 6 at a time to get to the free shipping so . . I’ll wait.
