To those of you who told me stroopwafels were available at Walmart . . THANK YOU! How have I lived without these things?
I don’t even know if I want to try to make my own. Can homemade possibly be as good as these little rounds of yumminess?
With my last grocery order, I got two packs of two. Vince didn’t know I got them and I should never have shared that info. I don’t drink coffee or tea and we had them as an afternoon snack so I just put them over a pot of warm water and steamed them for a second. Delicious. Vince for sure didn’t know about the second package and I was so tempted to eat both of them without telling him . . but I didn’t – today we had the second ones. I shared.
There’s a $35 minimum for grocery orders. I would only have to buy 24 packs of Stroopwafels to meat the minimum delivery amount. Tempting but hopefully soon my big round cookie cutter will arrive and I can make my own.
It’s very nice to know I can buy these things though.
It makes me wonder what else I might want and don’t even know about!

We don’t have a Costco here. I did find an 8 pack at Walmart online and ordered a couple . . ok . . four boxes of those. 🙂

See! You should go shopping more often with Vince! (Kidding…I do grocery pickup, too. With Covid on the rampage more than before, I don’t go out much, either)

If you have Amazon prime, they have a variety of flavors/sizes to choose from, just sayin. I always have these on hand. DD & DGS like them w/hot cocoa.

I do have Prime but they are quite a bit less expensive at Walmart and shipping is a day or so faster with WM so I ordered some from there. Thanks for the info though.

I have found a different brand at Lidl’s on more than one occasion. Dollar General sells them (in Maryland). A short visit to the microwave warms them more quickly than steaming.

I just picked up a package of them at Aldi today after seeing them all over f/b. You are right, they are yummy.

Aldi has them too? Dang it . . I don’t want to get out but I’d like to try theirs too.
