The numbers have been posted for January. I think we’re still supposed to wait til the first of the month to get started.
I’m glad I like all my WIPGO projects. For each of my projects, I hope to spend 20 hours on that month working on them.
#2 Thy Love Divine
Thy Love Divine is listed as #2 and #7. I might could have it finished after 40 hours.
All I have left to do is the rice stitching and the outer border. There’s a lot of rice stitching left but it’s fun to do.
#19 Heaven & Nature Sing
I made a very wimpy start on Heaven & Nature Sing just to try Vikki Clayton’s silks before I ordered more of them. I do love them. In fact, I’m using them on New Year Sampler and keep saying to myself how much I love this floss.
That’s a picture not worth showing, right? 🙂
I will not start working on these til January 1 — maybe not til January 2 since there is a new start scheduled for January 1.

-That almost looks like you could call it the beginning of anything! 😀

After I read your post I went and finally filled out my card. I have to admit I chose 2 projects I wanted to work on for the 2 numbers for January!! lol I listed 2 Owl Forest projects but didn’t name them as I’m not sure which two I will start and also had a number of spaces for any new starts. I decided that each square would require 6 days of work which is totally doable for me. I need to take a photo and post it to the Facebook group!

That’s ok. Since we have til 12/31 or 1/1 to change our WIPGO chart, and I knew the numbers would be posted on the 27th or 28th, I figured I might do the same thing you did but I’m happy with my first two projects. I’m really happy with all my projects . . now, but who knows how I’ll feel about them by September or later.

As I sit here surrounded by project bags full of knitting and crochet wips, and also have 3 new projects ready to start, I’m sorely tempted to make up a wipgo card for them and play along. Maybe I’d actually stay on track and finish something!

Do it! It really would be fun and might help get some of those things done. Great idea.

I did it! 12 wips, each one is on the board twice. My goal is to work on each one for 10 days during the month. If one gets finished the first time it’s chosen, I’ll just put another wip in its second square (I have lots more). I think I can do that and still have plenty of time for the 3 new starts I have planned. This is going to be fun!

Sounds like a great plan.
