Vince had a medical test done this morning. I had food out to cook and he came home and said “Let’s go get a burger. Once I get my results, I probably won’t be eating burgers!”
Babe’s burgers are so good. It was about 2 when we got there so it wasn’t crowded. In fact, we were the only ones in there for a while and then another couple came in. Covid numbers are going up every day here. I hate seeing that – especially with everyone out shopping, people wanting to travel for the holidays and families getting together.
It seems like every time our numbers go way up and I get more careful about staying home . . that’s when I realize I should have had my hair cut “yesterday”.

Well cheers to your last burger then! 🙂 In all seriousness though, I do hope all went well with his test.

Go get your hair cut. It will be fine.

I’m not going out much at all. The numbers here have gone way up in the last 7 days. A hair cut is not worth the risk – for me at least. I’ve lost two friends to Covid and have a healthy respect for what it can do.

It’s the after Thanksgiving bump up with Covid. And we will see the same after Christmas and New Years and every other holiday.
Until more people understand getting vaccinated will stop new variants from developing it will just go on and on.
I am old enough to remember going to the fire station for polio vaccines. I don’t remember any uproar about vaccines then.
Sad that everything has become so devisive and people are dying because of it.
