Progress on “The Chart”

I’m feeling optimistic. Hopefully by this evening, I’ll know if my plan is going to work. This is where I left off last night.

On the chart, it has 7 horizontal stitches on the right side and 5 on the left. That’s a total of 12 horizontal stitches on both ends combined.

I’ve taken out stitches here and adding stitches here and if my calculations are correct (stop laughing!) I will need 7 horizontal stitches on each side, which accounts for the two stitches I removed from those 4 stitch humps.

If this makes no sense to you, don’t feel bad . . I feel the same way BUT when I get this top bunting row of stitches done, I will know if this is going to work out like I’m hoping. If not . . OK . . I’m optimistic. We’re going to assume it will work out. I should know before bed time if all goes well.

I so wish I’d had the energy to stay up late last night and work on this but I didn’t.
