My plan is to work on this project each Sunday til it’s done. I think knowing I get to work on this on Sundays will give me something different to look forward to after working on some of the projects that can get a little monotonous after working on the same hill for days! I love all the projects I’m working on but I’ll probably always do better with a bit of variety.
I had planned to knit each day after I had stitched 450 stitches on Love Your Family Eliza but most days, it was nearly 10 p.m. by the time I made 450 stitches and I didn’t have the energy to switch projects so I kept working on Love Your Family til I about fell asleep with a needle in my hand.
Eliza is the Breast Cancer Awareness project at Whilst Iris Naps.
Considering Addie was here, Chad and Nicole came to get her and visited, I cooked (Orange Chicken in the pressure cooker).
I figure if I just work on this on Sundays, I should have it finished by the end of November. I’m ok with that.
I’m loving the pink floss.

I was going to start a different stitch next weekend to keep for my Sunday stitch – I like the idea of doing something special only on Sundays – but I think I will stitch along with you on this one. I was organizing all my Victorian Motto floss last night and there were several pinks in there that may work or I may just stitch it in a different color since I’m not a huge pink fan.

I love pink but don’t use it much for decorating but thought I’d hang this in our bedroom (Vince will love it!) and each morning and each evening it will remind me of the friends I’ve lost and those who have thankfully survived the dreaded breast cancer. I am so thankful for all of you survivors!
