The gas stove has lived up to my expectations and I’m so happy to have it. There are things I had forgotten that are so much better on gas heat and one of them is popcorn. Every time I make it, I comment on how perfect it comes out
Every single kernel pops . . every single time I make it. We have an air popper, if it made the trip from Texas, but I find it so much easier to make popcorn in a cast iron skillet with a lid.
Add salt, Cajun Redhead and a bit of melted butter and . . that’s one of my favorite snacks!
