This is how Vince’s shop had been until the most recent dirt work.
It was pretty high off the ground, especially in the back.
Those were the only two pictures I could find but, with the white rocks, it kinda looked like a sore thumb back there.
It looks so much better with the dirt covering the rocks.
Vince will plant the grass and we’ll that to growing.
We’re going to have an abundance of chinkapin oaks and elderberries so we’ll probably plant some of those around the building. We have elderberries here and the chinkapins should be here in early November. The dirt is thick enough that I can plant a few mums too . . but I don’t know if I will. I probably have enough to keep watered with what I’ve planted around the house.
I’m just happy the building looks better with the dirt on top of the white rocks.

I hope. The guys still have to build the pergola, Vince has to get the grass seed and straw down. We still have three storage buildings that have to be emptied. It may be a while before there’s any woodturning going on.
