I’ve been trying to keep up with my cross stitching on the “Projects 2021” page (in the top bar). I haven’t decided what I’ll do at the end of 2021. I think I’ll change that tab to just “Projects” and have a clickable link to 2021, 2022, etc. or I could just make it “Projects” and keep a huge running total. If I keep it all in alphabetical order, they should be easy to find.
At this time, I have 7 UFOs and 10 finished projects. I think those numbers are pretty good, especially considering I didn’t start actually stitching til January, 2021 and we’ve had a fairly busy year.
I know that I will finish Love Your Family this year. I hope to finish A Changed World. Slim chance of finishing anything else but I’d love to finish Thy Love Divine. I promised Addie a Thanksgiving pillow and a Christmas pillow so IF I get all that done, I’ll end the year with 15 finished projects and 4 unfinished projects. That’s not bad and now that I am stitching faster, I think I’ll have even better results next year.
Many of the pieces I’ve stitched this year have been small – Cat-O-Lantern, whatever Thanksgiving and Christmas pieces I make for Addie, the cardinal, Harvest Tina. Next year I hope to make more larger pieces and still make some smaller pieces too.
I want to stay on track, not waste so much time and get more stitching done in 2022.
