We haven’t been eating breakfast but yesterday I was up early and busy outside and by about 10, I was starving. I knew we weren’t going to eat our meal til close to 2 p.m. so I kinda cobbled together something to eat and I thought it was pretty good.
Remember the pico de gallo that I freeze dried? I added a bit of lime juice to that. Then I heated up some sausage that was leftover from Sunday’s breakfast, cut up an avocado, added some grated cheese.
