He is so stinkin’ cute!
If I’m going to have a cardinal wall, he would be a cute first framed cardinal but he’s so small . . maybe he would be better as a little pillow.
Any thoughts? I think I would see him more as a framed cardinal and if I make him into a pillow, then make more cardinals, I’m probably going to wish he was framed. Decisions! Decisions!

I would frame him and put a mat around to make him a bit bigger

I think little pieces are really cute framed and of course you know I like the idea of a cardinal wall. 🙂 How big is he? Lovely finish.

He’s about 3.25″ square if I remember correctly. He’s across the room and I’m too lazy to get up. 🙂

I think you must stitch 2 of the cardinal so you don’t have to choose between a pillow and a framed finish

No! 🙂

If you are going to make a cardinal wall, you should frame him. He will make a nice small cardinal to go with potentially larger one and give you size variety.

3.5 inches is perfect for a tree ornament…

Thanks. I was wondering and didn’t want to get my Christmas stuff out yet and didn’t want to make a trip to HobbyLobby to measure.

I would frame him, you could always do a pillow later. You could also mirror image the graph and stitch another and make a pillow out of the 2nd one.

Frame it! I love him too! Do you have any idea why I have to put in my email each time? You can email me on this one.
judy.blog@gmail.com says
I do not! I have some blogs I visit and comment on that my email will pop up and some they don’t. With each new “update”, things change and I have no idea how to “fix” them.
