As you already know, the electrical outlet was installed behind the stove in anticipation of the new stove.
We had a decent chance of rain yesterday afternoon but it didn’t happen. We need rain! Our high was 94. It wasn’t supposed to be that hot . . but it was. I picked tomatoes and cut okra. Everything but the okra is slowing down. I think we have a few eggplants we’ll still get but those are about done. Peppers are still blooming. A bit of rain and cooler temps would help them a lot.
Additions:
The Edmunds frames I already mentioned.
Cooking:
Lunch was leftovers mostly.
Videos I Watched:
I watched the new Brenda and the Serial Starter. I watched a doctor talking about Covid and I watched a video about Covid in Australia.
Stitching:
I got four rows done on Harvest Tina’s plaid skirt.
Plans for Today:
There are a total of 16 rows on Harvest Tina’s plaid skirt. I’ve done four full rows and parts of two more. I’d love to finish that plaid today but . . doubtful.
Cooking is leftovers.
I’ll cut up the tomatoes and okra, put it on freeze dryer trays, stick it in the freezer til the freeze dryer is ready for another load.

I have a question about your freezing foods before freeze drying them. I don’t understand the process for all this. Would you like to explain what you are doing in more detail in a future post? Thanks! Helen
