We didn’t do much yesterday. I suppose when I went out to water the garden was the only time I went outside. That’s kinda weird for me. Other than taking Rita out and watering the new trees, I’m not sure Vince went out. He watched racing yesterday morning and a football game last night on TV.
Oh .. he fixed that broken fridge! Can you believe it? He did some research on the internet, ordered the part he thought might be bad and that was it. He’s pretty handy and he loves tinkering with stuff.
We got our second Master Gardener chapter/discussion question/quiz. Vince listened to the videos but I haven’t. I’ve mosly been downstairs and this computer doesn’t know my master gardener password.
Additions:
I hate to say it but . . another lamp! My friend, Erin, sent me a link to another lamp that might be good for upstairs.
Cooking:
I served the meatballs, okra and tomatoes for lunch. We had ham & cheese sandwiches for dinner. I told Vince since I toasted the bread, heated up the ham . . that was dinner and it was COOKED so that counts as two meals I cooked today! 🙂 He’s probably already tired of hearing about what I call cooking vs. what he calls cooking.
When I fixed our rice for lunch, I made extra and today I’ll fix shrimp and ham fried rice with whatever veggies I can scrounge up. I can pick asparagus and bell pepper out of the garden. I have onions, carrots, leeks and green onions, and eggs. I’ll add whatever I find that might work.
Videos I Watched:
It was a Vonna Pfeiffer day. I watched four of her videos and will probably watch the same four again before the week is over. So much info in her videos.
Stitching:
Since today is Monday and begins five days of weekdays, I’ll start back stitching on A Changed World. My goal is to finish the fourth row in the text box and finish the border on the text box. IF I get that done, I’ll go back to Let Love Reign and work more on the border outline. I’ll do a blog post later today about that one.
Plans for Today:
I don’t think we have anywhere to go. I was going to make milkshakes last night and didn’t so I know that’s going to happen today. I’ll probably stitch all day if I can get by with it.

Hey Judy…. The lamp link takes me to one of the pop-up adverts… hmmm…. for intelligent automation…. I could probably use some but I’d rather check out the lamp! LOL

I didn’t include a link for the lamp.

I had to do a total knock down and rebuild on the blue house yesterday. It was one stitch off in width, which made the windows off and the roof line. My goal is to finish the houses this week, hopefully it’ll go better with the next three buildings.

I hate it when that happens.Good luck getting it rebuilt!

To my thinking, no matter what you serve for lunch or dinner and it is something you have to put together, you made lunch. He didn’t help you, so you made it. You cooked it, no matter when you cooked it, you warmed it up or thawed it and warmed it up. In my view that is cooking! You are doing all the work so you take credit for it!
