Yesterday I finished the stitching beneath the trees. That was my goal, which I fully expected I would not meet but I did and I loved this part.
I love how this looks.
The trees are stitched above this area and I’m anxious to get to the trees but I think I’m going to keep moving down and stitch the curvy row beneath the houses.
You can see where I am by looking at the picture. If I do the curvy row beneath the houses, then I think I could get that row done today, then I can do the text box, the text beneath the box, the two flowers on the side of the text box, the two bottom flowers, and then start back up, stitching the houses, then the trees, then finishing the flowers below the top text, then the baskets on the side and . . if I stitch the little flowers in the border as I go, I’d be done.
I’m thinking curvy row beneath the houses today; first two rows of text box on Wednesday, last two rows of text box on Thursday; text beneath the text box on Friday. That would be a huge accomplishment!
I would love to have this finished by the end of September and if I stick with it and work on nothing else, I know I can do it.
