I pretty much did blog posts about everything that went on yesterday – internet repairman, electrician, phone issues, Rooster finished . . not much to say! 🙂

Cooking:
Leftover meatloaf was on the meal plan for last night but I changed the veggies because our neighbor with the great garden brought squash and okra yesterday so I fixed that along with the meatloaf. I ended up cutting up enough okra for two trays for the freeze dryer. I’ll leave those in the freezer and hope I get enough okra from him to fill the two remaining trays.

Finished the rooster and got a bit of stitching done on A Changed World.
Plans for Today:
Leftover short ribs for dinner tonight so not much cooking. I hope to spend the day stitching on A Changed World.
