I’m walking out the door to go get Addie and will be home in a couple of hours. It’s 6 p.m. here now.
I used Sulky 12 wt. for the stitching and I had tried outline stitching with that but it was too bulky. I used a tan/taupe and outlined the “1”. If y’all think that’s enough, I’ll finish the other letters when I get back. If not, I can go with a darker brown but I really want to stay as light as possible.
Oh . . bad picture.
There . . that one’s farther away and probably gives you a better idea.
Let me know what you think please. I guess I could always try to match that mossy green with a DMC color . . ok . . I’m out the door.
Thanks!

I like it!

I like the outline. It makes the number look more finished. I’m with you on keeping the color light. I like his name and the like below the dates standing out more.

The light outline works very well.

It works
Needs to stay on the light side

I like it, I think if you go any darker it will look off. This looks like a good shade to me.

Looks terrific! The numbers will stand out more, but still remain true to the pattern.
