Last night after writing the post about the “A Changed World” stitch along, I thought it would have been nice if I had written to Tanya of The Scarlett House, explained our plans and made sure it was ok with her. Even though it was after I had already posted, I did write her and she was very nice, and said it was fine.
Tanya (see how I feel like she’s my BFF – first name and all!) is one of my favorite designers. I’ll always be kinda sad that I didn’t go to the retreat she did at Silver Needle in Tulsa. It was so close but I didn’t even know about it til it was already full.
I spent quite a bit of time on The Scarlett House website and there are a few charts added to my wish list
- Jane Cowey 1850 – I’ve looked at this one for a while so now.
- Pumpkin Pumpkin – This would make a cute little Fall decoration.
- In the Berry Beginning – I love Adam and Eve samplers.
I seriously love The Scarlett House designs – all of them! If you’re a cross stitcher, check out all of her designs. I thought I’d seen every one of them but there are some there I hadn’t seen.

Love your posts. They are the highlight of my day! Hope you and your husband are staying safe from COVID. Keep hearing reports of a surge in Missouri. We have relatives in your area we worry about also. Happy 4th and please stay safe!

Thanks, Shelley. The news doesn’t seem to be good in this area where Covid is concerned. We think/hope we’re taking steps to stay safe.
