Yesterday it was fairly late in the afternoon before I started stitching. I played around with floss and getting a couple more kits put together. I did a few things in the kitchen, played in the garden a bit. Everything is growing . . I should have taken pictures. Maybe I’ll do that this afternoon.
Back to the cross stitching . . this one is in the Pattern Keeper app so it tells me how many stitches I make each day. Yesterday was 276 and I think that’s great considering I started late in the day and had so many stops and starts with the flowers on the tree.
I do love this project. It seems so sweet.
I’ve finished the tree on the right side of the fabric. Still have to finish the one on the left side, add feet for the doves/birds and finish the flowers around the border and I will be done. I probably won’t finish tonight but I could finish tomorrow.

Pretty. Based on the projects you have shown us, it seems like there is a lot less outlining than there was on projects back in the 70’s and 80’s. It seems like almost everything was outlined back then.

The House project does have some outline stitching but it’s the first one I’ve done that has it.
