I’m pretty sure I mentioned that Chad had found an “embroidery frame” at a flea market and he told us about it so we went just to see what it was. We found the flea market but couldn’t find an embroidery frame. The ladies working there thought they knew where it was and took me back almost to the exact spot where Chad later told me it was but we couldn’t find it. When I called him later, he told me how to get to it and I told him we went to that very spot so it must have been sold. He was at work earlier so I didn’t want to call him when we were in the flea market.
Yesterday they had planned to go swimming but it was rainy so Chad asked Addie what she wanted to do and she wanted to go to flea markets and look for old Barbies. That girl is going to grow up to be just like her dad. Chad could spend his life in flea markets looking for cast iron and wood hand planes.
They went back to the flea market where he had seen the embroidery frame and it was still there. He sent me pictures and for $30, I asked him to go ahead and get it.
I had to post in a cross stitching group to get help with the brand/name but it’s a Frank Edmunds Master Stitch Frame. That’s one of my Rolaframe frames on it. Fits perfectly. It’s very adjustable, very inexpensive (I paid $30 but new at Amazon, it’s about $67. While it probably isn’t the very best frame out there, I don’t think it’s a bad frame at all, especially for the cost.
I definitely have all the frames I’ll ever need. What I seem to need most is an extra set of hands!

Do you have any Aaron Brothers stores near you? They have sales the entire month of July buy one frame and get another one for a penny. They also have the same sale for the week between Christmas and New Years. These are very nice frames. About 3 – 4 steps above Hobby Lobby and Michaels! They have them in Texas in the larger cities.

I’ve never heard of them so my guess is no. There could be one in Springfield but I don’t go there if I can help it.

That’s the frame I have. I got it with my rewards coupons from Michaels. The only thing I don’t like about it, is that it is difficult flip over when ending threads. You have to have the roller bar ends flush with the spanner bars so that it can clear the side arms that hold it. I do like that those arms are adjustable, so it can support a wide piece, or a narrow one. Good find though!
