New Charts

Remember I said I wasn’t going to order anything new unless it really jumped out at me. This one did . . actually these two.

The Silver Needle had a retreat last week with Tanya from The Scarlett House. I have so many of her charts that I want to do. Just looking at these . . I know I need more wall space. These are some of my favorites:

There are more but I think that gives you an idea of how gorgeous The Scarlett House charts are. One of the ladies who was at the retreat showed a couple of new designs that are not even in shops yet. One of them . . it’s kinda pandemnic related but also I think will be very fitting for the immediate future. For me, I love the samplers that give a glimpse into the life of those who did them. Not all, but some, almost make you feel like you learn a little about the person who designed and stitched them so I love samplers that state how I feel about different things and this new one . . spot on!

I can’t find any photos online where I can link it but I’ll keep watching and as soon as it shows up somewhere (or maybe in my mail box), I’ll add a picture.

I saw it yesterday on my friend’s Facebook page and couldn’t even sleep last night thinking about it. I knew that was one that grabbed me enough that I’ll have to order it! I think it moved right up to the top of my stitching queue .. as soon as Cross Stitch Camp ends. Of course, by then, who knows what new chart will have grabbed my attention.
