That cat! I go between thinking he was acting up because he was missing Vince and then maybe because he was feeling bad. Whatever . . he has been one crazy cat this past week.
Last night we were sitting in the family room (facing the kitchen). I heard something and I asked Vince “What was that?” He didn’t know. For a second, I thought . . it sounded like Boots jumped over a gate . . but I would have seen him. Honestly, he had to walk through the family room to get to either gate. Then I heard something fall. Got up, went into the kitchen. Yep, Boots was in the kitchen and on the countertop. He had knocked an onion off the contertop. Back into the sewing room. No cats in the kitchen . . cannot do that. We’re going to have to get the spray bottle out again and break that habit of him jumping the gates.
Yesterday Vince was in the downstairs garage working and he called me to come down and bring my camera. I was thinking . . there’s a snake in the garage.
He had been in a position trying to get over closer to Vince but there were boxes and open spaces and more boxes and it took him a while to figure out how to do it. Anywhere someone is trying to do something and does NOT need a cat’s help, that’s where Boots wants to be.
