The little table next to my chair has officially become the cat table.
Unfortunately for Boots, there’s more cat than there is table but he loves being able to look at that window and he especially loves it on a sunny morning. He would love it even more if there was a fluffy pillow on top. I could put something on top but I’m afraid, when he comes sailing across the room and jumps up there, the pillow would fly off and he’d go right through that window.
Since I’d really prefer to have the table top for my notebook, I’m not doing anything to make it better for him but I’m thinking if I could find a little foot rest/stool – the kind that’s padded, it would be short and he probably wouldn’t be thrilled with that but I could put it behind my table so it wouldn’t be visible but yet it would be soft, a larger place for him and he could still see out the window
The things we do for our critters . .

Hi Judy
I can see a padded ottoman acting as Boots window seat. Plus extra storage room for linen!!!

We dont have room for a full size ottoman but a small one might work. Thanks.

We have two cat window beds that our cats enjoy for sunning and looking out the window. Amazon has several styles. We have one on the floor and another on a table. They have some that hang from the window with suction cups, which looks like a disaster waiting to happen.

Maybe a small cat tree that he could climb up on…..

There isn’t a place upstairs for a cat tree. I don’t want one in the dining room and there are only two windows upstairs that he can get to and both have furniture too close to them. We had a cat tree in Texas and it’s now downstairs but it isn’t where he can look out a window so he’s shown no interest in it so far.
