This is the kind of weather I love. Vince . . not so much. He said “I’m going back south!” Right . . the Honda has a transmission problem . . going in the shop next week. It’s been acting up for over a year and he was so sure it wasn’t anything but we were driving it a few days ago and I think he was happy to make it back to the house. Surely he wouldn’t drive that pickup anywhere far away! He’s stuck here . . at least for now. 🙂 Poor Vince.
28 degrees next week! Once when we lived in MO before, we had snow on Mother’s Day. My feeling is that the longer it’s cold, the less time we have for summer temps and that makes me happy.

I’m with you – I can always add clothes to keep warm but short of stripping down to my birthday suit and standing under a sprinkler I can’t always get cool in the summer. (And isn’t that an appealing picture!) I like to be outside but when it’s hot and sticky I need the a/c.

Having lived in northern states most of my life, those temps seem just fine for this time of year. But I did draw the line at driving 90 miles early this morning to stand outside in 30 degree weather to watch 5 year old play soccer. I told my daughter I was wimping out, and hoped the temps would be better the next 2 weekends.

If it makes Vince feel any better, a few nights next week it is supposed to be in the mid to high 30’s here. So he is just as well off where he is! LOL Also it thundered the 20th of February and the old wives tale is that it will freeze that day in April! It is getting close and that is one of the days it is supposed to be cool!

I remember you telling me that. Sounds like it may be true this year.

I am with Vince. I can’t warm up but I can always cool down. I am also having trouble with your website it won’t let me get to other sites. I know that isn’t the right term but I am brain dead at this moment.

Are you saying when you click on a link, it doesn’t go to that site?
As far as the weather, I rarely get cold, especially in the house, but warm weather is a nightmare for me.
