I’m so bad at this kind of stuff but I need to make some decisions!
I want to find little tables to go on the sides (one side each) of the other two recliners in the upstairs family room. I need one by the chair I’m stitching in for putting my supplies (the chair with the floor frame – I already have a table by the chair where I stitch with a hoop), and Vince will sit in the other recliner when he’s upstairs and he needs a place to put his tablet. We had one good recliner in Texas and we brought that. It’s brown and goes ok with the family room recliners. I had planned to put it in the bedroom but Vince thinks it will be too crowded in there with the recliner so . . it sits in the family room for a week now, facing the wrong direction and collecting clothes that need to be put away. Not good!
Nicole will probably come here Sunday and she can help me figure it all out. She’s much better at stuff like this than I am. I’m fine with leaving it where it is . . just removing the clothes . . but that’s not very attractive. She thinks it’s a good idea to leave it in the family room so Vince, Chad, Nicole and I will all have our own chairs and Addie can have the loveseat for those times we’re all sitting here together.
I have an idea but I’ll wait and see what she thinks.

****I’m thinking you need a laundry basket to easily carry those clothes to their proper places. I have two laundry baskets, the same pink ones. One stays in front of the dryer, and the other stacks inside it when not in use hauling dry clothes around the house.

I don’t like using laundry baskets. The laundry room is too small to be able to leave one out. I have never had a laundry room large enough to leave a laundry basket out, plus, we walk through the laundry room when coming in through the garage so if anyone else is coming in that way, I’d rather them not see the clothes. Normally, I take the whole load of clothes to our bed and fold them in there because most of our laundry goes into our bedroom/bathroom or Addie’s room.

Ah well, my stackable set is off in a corner of the one car garage, so I have space for my laundry basket. Thanks for posting so often! I’m enjoying the news of Vince being ‘home’!
