After spending quite a few hours winding floss on bobbins, it’s all done . . or at least all that I want to do now.
I used all four containers but, as you can see not all of them are full. There were too many bobbins or three containers and not enough to totally fill all four. I doubt I’ll add more DMC, at least not for a while.
I guess I could end up adding more but only if I need some skeins for shading, like three or four very close shades of a color. If I’m just needing random colors, I should be good.
The only skeins I didn’t put on bobbins, and I guess I’ll do that tomorrow, are these:
I’m not sure if these are new colors or why they were sold in a special collection but there are some nice shades o pink, blue and green.
Probably I should just do the bobbins tonight and get it over. I hope to get up n the morning and get busy stitching since I haven’t touched a needle in five days!

That looks so nice and orderly – mine are all still just tossed in a large box. I definitely need to get mine organized.

It was making me crazy so I’m very happy to have it back to being organized.

I have bunches nicely organized like that … because a friend gave them to me that way. LOL All the others are not. I do have some of my CQ threads organized in little plastic baggies that have holes punched in them to hang on rings, which works best for letting me see those, and others I organized myself on cards I had a printer punch four 1/2″ circles down the side. That’s my favorite set. Yours look great! For what you do, you need those numbers. For what I do, I need to see the colors.
