Don’t forget that several of these meals need a salad and bread. I don’t include ideas for those usually.
Monday:
Smothered Cube Steak
Mashed Potatoes & Gravy
Corn (I had sauerkraut)
Tuesday:
40 Clove Chicken Alfredo (I haven’t made this but Chad did and he and Addie raved about it.)
Pasta
Wednesday:
Cowboy Beans (I love these and don’t even mind that it makes a ton!)
Cornbread
I will eat this with kimchi because I love kimchi or sauerkraut with beans.
Thursday:
Chicken Spaghetti – I am cooking all the chicken but reducing the amount of everything else. I’ll chop it and freeze it for another recipe later.
Friday:
Chicken Wild Rice Soup (Instant Pot)
