My plan was to have more burgers for dinner today but then decided I shouldn’t do that two days in a row. I wasn’t coming up with a better plan so I decided, since I was using Hawaiian mini rolls, I’d just make little thin pieces of hamburger patty . . how much harm could that do? I’d pile all kinds of good stuff on top but soon realized, those fragile little Hawaiian rolls were no match for all I had piled on!
It was delicious but I ended up having to cut it with a knife and eat it with a fork.
There was a thin piece of hamburger meat, a fried egg, cheese, spinach, cooked onions, tomatoes and bacon.
I think I have a new favorite meal!
