I know . . today isn’t Valentine’s Day but one must plan ahead – especially when the stitcher has a very busy schedule. That’s a big, sad joke! Ain’t nothing happening here but stitching, eating and walking the dog and she’s pretty darned fast these days . . I barely got her off the patio last night . . and I’m not complaining.
Anyway, I was looking around on Etsy last night and found this cute little pattern and it was a pdf so I could download it right then.
Isn’t that sweet? “A house is made of wood and stone but only love can make it a home”. On 40 count, it’s only 6.5″ x 6.5″. I think I want it a little bigger but small and dainty might be better. I don’t know. Thoughts?? If I use 32 count, it will be 8.5″ square; 36 count will be 7.5″ square. I’m thinking 36 count but I have to see what fabric I have. I want it to be kinda white-ish so that may be the determining factor as to what size it will be.
So . . my plan is to get a little more done on Farmhouse Christmas and then maybe I’ll start “A House is . . “

That is going to make a very pretty hanging. It will go with your Marriage one!
