Monday:
Oven BBQ Chicken – This recipe is so easy and so good and I always make extra to take off the bone and make chicken salad. Also, I use breasts and wings because I prefer white meat.
Baked Potatoes – I always make extra to have for breakfast potatoes.
Cole Slaw
Tuesday:
Mediterranean Style Fish with Tomatoes & Olives – I don’t use grouper . . I use whatever fish is in my freezer. I had tilapia and used that last time I made it.
Greens – kale, spinach, broccoli – something green!
Caprese Pasta Salad – You can save some of yesterday’s chicken and add to this salad as a leftovers meal.
Wednesday:
Hamburger Steak with Mushroom Gravy – leave off the mushrooms if you have a picky eater. I love this recipe!
Mashed Potatoes
Corn – I know that’s two starches but I love corn, mashed potatoes and gravy. Change it to grean beans or peas if it bothers you to have two starches.
Thursday:
Baked Ham – We often buy those small half or quarter hams that are already sliced. They’re so good for breakfast or sandwiches so that’s what I’ll have.

Friday:
Lentil Soup with Spinach – I will probably make this early in the week because I’ve been wanting it for several days.
Sandwich – Mine will be toasted cheese.
